Therapy provides a safe space to sit down and identify what’s overwhelming you, what’s getting in your way, or what’s stressful in your life. Strategies to overcome depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, and stress are provided. Collaborative work to identify goal and need areas will accompany support for new platforms of growth and healing. The therapy process will include assessment and treatment planning.

 
Ayurveda Consultation/Coaching
 

Ayurveda, the knowledge of life, will help you achieve your life goals – mind, body and spirit. Ayurveda consultation services are a dynamic process to outline a detailed plan for you to reach your highest potential. This type of coaching would entail several meetings to determine your goals for working together. After identifying your goals and current experience/functioning, a wellness plan is created and implemented. This might include an eating outline incorporating the six tastes, asana practice (yoga postures), meditation or pranayama (breathwork), and dinacharya (daily selfcare) plans. Sessions also include dosha (constitution) assessment and identifying what’s getting in the way of change.

 

Yoga
 

Private yoga sessions include assessment of goals, and provision of yoga tools for physical and emotional wellness. This might include asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, guided imagery, and/or yoga education.
